All of the books EXCEPT The Envy of Strangers (1984) and Murder at Madingley Grange (1991) are the Midsomer Murder series, featuring Tom Barnaby, chief inspector in England. These have been made into movies called Midsomer Murders.

This series features a ghost in a Rhode Island bookshop. The author is a man and woman team, the same that write under the name Cleo Coyle of the Coffeehouse Mysteries.

In the Ministry is Murder series, Aggie Sloan-Wilcox, the wife of the minister of the Consolidated Community Church, in Emerald Springs, Ohio. It starts with Blessed is the Busybody. You can see the website at www.ministryismurder.com

This is the Card-Making Mysteries series, and features Jennifer shane and her shop, "Custom Card Creations."

This series features Hannah Sampson, a CSI diver in the British Virgin Islands.

This author also writes under the name of Kathy Hogan Trocheck. Under the name of Andrews, she has also written Romance-type novels by the names of Little Bitty Lies (2003) and Hissy Fit (2004).

Savannah Blues was a finalist in 2003 for the Edgar Award for Best Mystery Novel. This series features Eloise “Weezie” Foley, a recently divorced antique dealer, and BeBe Loudermilk, a triple-divorced restaurant owner, in Savannah, Georgia.

This series features Pauline Sokol, ex-nurse, now an investigator of medical fraud.

These books are known as The Southern Sisters Mysteries, and feature Patricia Anne "Mouse" Hollowell, housewife and Mary Alice "Sister" Crane, country-western bar owner in Alabama.

Sadly, the author has died, and there will be no more Southern Sisters Mysteries.

This author is my husband's and my favorite Christian non-fiction author. We are ministers, and have read every book this author has written. He is very "real" and down to earth, and his writing is powerful and excellent. I cannot recommend this author highly enough!

When I came to this author, there was only one book listed on her list of works: Talk Before Sleep. I love this author so much that I added all the rest of her works here. I love Berg's way of writing -- she is so descriptive and well written, and really KNOWS the way people think and feel. I loved Year of Pleasures, and Range of Motion... well, I just love them all. If you try a Berg book and don't like it, try a different one. They are all so very different.
