Her romances are clever and funny, with great dialogue and enjoyable characters. There's action besides the romance and several of the stories have some sort of background mystery to work out. Supporting characters are as fun as the main protagonists and really flesh out the stories.

My favorites are Fast Women, Faking It, Getting Rid of Bradley, Tell Me Lies, and Anyone but You.

Her collaborations with Bob Mayer and others are a bit more uneven than her solo works. Don't Look Down (with Bob Mayer) wasn't nearly as fun as her other books. However, the second book they wrote together -- Agnes and the Hitman -- maintained all the elements that make Crusie books so fun; it's definitely a recommended read.
